2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give true, accurate and complete information when you place an order.
3. Products
We sell natural Kashmiri products, including White Solai Honey, Mongra Kashmiri Saffron (Kesar), Kashmiri Kahwa and Kashmiri Mamra Almonds. Our products are FSSAI certified. Because these are natural products, colour, texture, taste and aroma can vary slightly from batch to batch and from the photos on the Website. Natural honey may crystallise over time. This is normal and does not mean the product is impure.
The information on the Website is for general information only. It is not medical advice. If you have an allergy, a medical condition, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before use.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers and coupons at any time without notice, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
You can pay online through our secure payment partner Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) or by Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not store your card or bank details.
5. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping across India on all orders, and there is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery. Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 working days. Delivery times are estimates and can be delayed by courier issues, weather, holidays or other reasons outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping and Returns policy.
7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Shipping and Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Coupons and Offers
Coupon codes and offers are valid only for the period and conditions stated. Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
